Exchange Policy

Shipping Returns

At In2 Uniforms, we strive to prioritize customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept an exchange for other items or store credit within 15 days of purchase, however we do not offer refunds. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) and shipping out a new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached.

To begin the return process, please email us at info@in2uniforms.com stating your contact information and order number. Also, weather you prefer store credit or a different item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you. Store credit will be provided to you via email.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ship to our retail store at 556 Concession St Hamilton, ON L8V 1A9.

In-store Returns

We allow 15 days to exchange or receive store credit, however we do not offer refunds. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Damaged/Defected Items

If you receive a damaged or defected item, contact us at info@in2uniforms.com within 30 days if purchase and someone will be in touch in regards to correcting/replacing it.
